General operation of the program

  • What is Palladium PRO? How does it work?

    It is the Palladium Hotel Group loyalty program aimed at retail travel agents, event and wedding organizers. It aims to reward and compensate you for sales made in Palladium Hotel Group hotels that participate in the program.

  • Do I have to create a Palladium Rewards account to be able to register in Palladium PRO?

    All Palladium PRO accounts must be associated with a Palladium Rewards account.

    If you have a Palladium Rewards account you can link it while you register for Palladium PRO.

    If you do not have a Palladium Rewards account, when you register for Palladium PRO, an account in Palladium Rewards will automatically be created for you.

  • I already have a Palladium Rewards account. How can I link it to my Palladium PRO user?

    We have added a field at the end of the Palladium PRO registration form where you can enter your Palladium Rewards ID and link your accounts.

    If you are registered for Palladium PRO and have not linked a Palladium Rewards account, one will be created automatically.

  • How can I register for Palladium PRO?

    If you are a retail agent, an event organizer or a wedding planner, you can register with Palladium PRO through the website www.palladiumpro.com. Click on the “Register” button in the browser menu.

  • How can I register my agency?

    When you register in Palladium PRO your agency will be registered. You must enter your commercial and tax information. 

    If your agency has IATA you will also be registered with the data associated with the IATA identifier. 

    If your agency is already registered, you can enter Palladium PRO agency code and you will automatically be registered with your existing data. 

  • What type of professionals can register for Palladium PRO?

    Retail travel agents, event organizers and wedding planners.

  • I’m a freelance travel agent. How can I register?

    When you register, click the “continue registration without accreditation” and complete the form. The account will remain pending activation. A member of the Palladium PRO support team will reach out to you to continue with the registration activation process.

  • My agency is already registered. How can I find out the agency ID?

    To see your Palladium PRO Agency Code, any registered member should log into “My account”. You will find the Palladium PRO Agency Code with the agency data.
